Terms of Service

Jordyn ("the Service") is an AI-powered assistant for insurance professionals, operated by BotMakers, Inc. ("we", "us"). It connects to accounts you authorize (email, calendar, file storage, and other services) to read, organize, draft, and — on your instruction — send communications and take actions on your behalf.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

The Service uses artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing every email, post, call script, and record before it is sent or relied upon.The Service is not legal, tax, investment, or compliance advice, and it does not replace your obligations under insurance regulations, carrier rules, or your E&O requirements.

When you connect an account, you authorize the Service to access it and to take the actions you request (for example sending email, creating calendar events, placing AI-assisted phone calls, or publishing social posts). You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connections page. You are responsible for ensuring your use — including automated outreach and voice calls — complies with applicable laws (such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA) and with the terms of the connected services.

You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (processing your email and files with AI providers, storing your case records, and so on) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to process any client information you bring into the Service.

The trial is free for 3 days or 25 assistant actions, whichever comes first. Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually and include the stated number of actions per month; additional credit packs are one-time purchases that do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; service continues through the end of the paid period. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

You may not use the Service to send spam or unlawful communications, to make calls or send messages without any legally required consent, to infringe others' rights, to attempt to breach the security of the Service, or to resell it without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other users at risk.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost clients, or regulatory penalties.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. On termination we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@jordyn.app. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
