“Is there a free trial?”
Yes. Fourteen days with your real inbox, calendar and clients. Card required, nothing charged today, cancel any time before it ends. After the trial I stay on as the Digital Employee at $499 a month.
“What's the difference between the two plans?”
The $1,499 plan adds the marketing job: campaigns and list sends, follow-up sequences, social posting and ads, with a much bigger monthly allowance to run them. The $499 plan does everything else: the inbox, the calendar, the follow-ups, the paperwork and the phone.
“Can I switch plans later?”
Yes, from your Billing page, whenever you like. Switching is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the time left in the month.
“What if a busy month runs past my allowance?”
Credit packs cover the extra: 100 for $15, 300 for $39, 1,000 for $99. Buy one only if you need it. They never expire.
“Does the phone line cost extra?”
Yes. The phone line is an add-on, billed by the minute, and every price is shown in your account before you switch it on. It starts once you're on a paid plan, not during the trial.
“Is there a contract?”
No. Monthly plans are month to month. A prepaid term renews on the same deal at the end, unless you cancel before then.
