Privacy Policy

Account data: your name, email, company details, and billing information.

Connected account data: when you connect email, calendar, storage, or other services, we access the data needed to do what you ask — email messages and attachments, calendar events, files, contacts. We access it to operate the product for you, not to build advertising profiles.

Product data: the case records, client records, notes, campaigns, and memories Jordyn maintains for you; your chats with Jordyn; and usage metrics (actions, tool calls, tokens) used for billing and reliability.

Solely to provide the Service: reading and summarizing your mail, maintaining your pipeline, drafting and sending communications you approve, running the automations and campaigns you configure, and billing. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.

We use a small set of service providers, each only for what's listed:

• Anthropic (AI processing of the content you and your mailbox provide — under terms that do not permit training on your data)
• Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage)
• Composio (secure OAuth connections to Gmail, Drive, Dropbox and other apps; stores access tokens encrypted — never your passwords)
• Vercel (application hosting)
• Stripe (payments — we never see full card numbers)
• Resend (transactional email such as your morning briefing)
• Optional integrations you connect yourself (e.g. Fastmail via API token, Vapi for voice calls) process data per their own policies.

Jordyn's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Gmail data is used only to provide user-facing features you request, is never transferred for advertising, and is never used to train generalized AI models.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Disconnecting an app stops access immediately and removes indexed attachments from that account. Deleting your account (or emailing us) deletes your stored data within 30 days, except minimal billing records we're legally required to keep. Temporary file-transfer copies auto-expire within hours.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access tokens are held by our connection partner encrypted; row-level security isolates each customer's data; administrative access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data we will notify you promptly.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time — most of it directly in the app, or by emailing support@jordyn.app. Depending on where you live (e.g. California, EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor verified requests under applicable law.
