Supervision
A second pair of eyes before anything goes out.
Anyone can send a draft to a supervisor for approval. The supervisor approves and sends it, or sends it back with a note. Mark an account “needs approval” and it can't send an email without that OK. Only someone above them can switch that on or off.

The terms
Agency questions, answered.
“What does it cost?”
A flat $99/seat, no base fee, every month. Your own account is the first seat. Cancel any time: every account under your agency switches off together at the end of the period, and nothing is deleted.
“What does each seat get?”
The whole Jordyn: inbox, calendar, documents, campaigns and automations, with $60 of AI usage and 500 credits included every month. A phone line is an add-on.
“Will I see my clients' mail?”
No. Your console shows usage: actions, credits and who has activated. Their emails, files and conversations stay theirs.
“Who gets the bill?”
Your agency does. Jordyn never bills the people under you. Their seats, and any phone line one of them switches on, bill to your agency's card. What you charge them is up to you.
“What if my card fails?”
We email you, and your people keep working for 10 days while you fix it. After that their accounts pause. Nothing is deleted.
“What if a client leaves?”
Detach them from your console. Their account and data stay intact, and they can keep Jordyn on a plan of their own.
