How connections, data isolation, approvals, and logging keep your account safe.

Security and privacy

Your accounts

  • Email and apps connect through the providers' own sign-in (OAuth) — Jordyn never sees or stores your passwords.
  • Key-based connections (Fastmail, Stripe) are entered in secure forms and stored encrypted. If you paste a key into chat by accident, it is redacted automatically before Jordyn sees it and is not stored.
  • Revoke access anytime: disconnect on the Connections page (/connections), or from your provider's security settings.

Your data

  • Strict per-account isolation. On agency plans, the agency sees usage numbers only — never your emails, files, or conversations.
  • Your data is used only to serve you. It is not used to train AI models.
  • Everything Jordyn does is logged and visible to you — sends on the Sent page, charges in the Account ledger, automation runs in their digests.

Your control

  • Nothing sends without your approval; automations run only after you explicitly enable them, and each can be paused in one tap.
  • Refunds, voids, and anything touching real money require your explicit confirmation of the exact action.
  • Calendar invites, social posts, and campaign emails are all shown to you before they go.
