Saved segments

Saved segments: building filters (including "no contact in N days"), saving them by name, and working the results with bulk actions.

Saved segments

A segment is a saved filter over your book of business — "past clients I have not talked to in 90 days", "leads tagged spring-promo" — that you build once and reuse. Saved lists live in the Saved lists view (/clients/segments); it used to be called Segments.

Building a filter

Combine conditions to narrow your people list. The filters include tags, fields on the contact, and recency — "no contact in N days" finds everyone who has gone quiet for however long you choose, which is the workhorse for win-back and check-in rounds.

Saving and reusing

  1. Build the filter until the list looks right.
  2. Save it with a name that says what it is ("Gone quiet 90 days").
  3. Next time, open the segment and the filter runs fresh — a segment is a live filter, not a frozen list, so people move in and out as their records change.

What to do with a segment

Open a segment and work the people it surfaces: select several and use bulk actions — add a tag, set a follow-up date for all of them, export to CSV, or mark do-not-call. Pairing a "gone quiet" segment with a bulk follow-up date is the fastest way to refill your Follow-ups queue.
