Platform admin overview
The back office at /admin is available to platform administrators only.
Home (/admin)
Four headline numbers — MRR, Margin (against the 80% target), Profit/month, and Needs attention — plus an alerts card that lists only actionable exceptions: delinquent accounts, prices below the margin floor, tool failures in the last 7 days, dormant trials (3+ days, zero messages), and suspended accounts. Each alert links to the page that fixes it.
Accounts (/admin/accounts)
Every account, with views: All, Paying, Trialing, No card, Not paying, Never used, Suspended. Columns cover plan, joined date, last activity, usage, and credits. Clicking a row opens a side drawer to edit details, change plan, suspend, or comp the account (comping cancels any subscriptions, grants 1,000,000 credits, and welcomes them — safe to run twice).

Growth (/admin/growth)
- Invites — hand-picked signup invitations with status tracking (sent, clicked, converted) and resend.
- Trial codes — mint one-time demo codes in the form DEMO-XXXX-XXXX. Each code sets the trial length (default 14 days) and a credit grant (default 500), can carry a note, and can be minted in batches of up to 50. Codes redeem at checkout (a code can be pre-applied via the checkout link) and are strictly one-time — the table shows who redeemed each and when.
Money (/admin/money)
- Costs & margin — MRR versus paying users, AI spend over 30 days, fixed costs, profit, and margin against the 80% target; breakdowns by feature and by model; phone-line economics; CSV export of AI calls.
- Prices — the live price list for credit-charged features. Every price shows its realized margin; saving a price below the 80% floor requires a written override reason. Edits take effect immediately.
Plan prices in force for new customers: Digital Employee $499/month and Digital Employee + Marketing $1,499/month. Either can be bought as a prepaid term that renews on the same deal — buy 6 months, get 2 free ($2,994 or $8,994, billed every 8 months) or buy 12 months, get 4 free ($5,988 or $17,988, billed every 16 months). A prepaid account is on the same plan (de or de_marketing) as a monthly one; only the billing term differs, and its usage allowance still resets monthly. In MRR and in an account's margin, a prepaid term counts as its monthly share ($2,994 every 8 months is $374.25 a month), never the whole charge.
Trial 14 days with 100 actions, converting to the Digital Employee at $499/month; credit packs 100/$15, 300/$39, 1,000/$99; agency seats $99/month with $60 of AI usage per seat (agencies from before 2026-10-03 keep $60/month). Campaigns, list sends, sequences, social posting and ads come with Digital Employee + Marketing; accounts created before 2026-10-03 keep them on any plan.
Legacy plans, no longer sold to new customers (existing customers keep them unchanged): Pro $149/month or $1,490/year with 500 actions, and Unlimited $449/month.
Agencies
The agencies index lists every agency with owner, status (active, past_due, comped, canceled), seat count, and monthly billing. Comped agencies bill nothing.
