Plans, trial, and billing
Everything about what Jordyn costs and how billing works for individual accounts. Your plan, your card, your receipts and the cancel button all live on the Billing & subscription page (/account/billing) — open it from the Account page with the Billing & subscription button. Usage and credit packs are on the Usage & billing page (/usage).
The plans
Jordyn is sold as two plans:
- Digital Employee — $499/month. A full-time AI employee for your phone, inbox, calendar, documents and clients. She does the work; you approve what goes out.
- Digital Employee + Marketing — $1,499/month. Everything in the Digital Employee, plus the whole marketing job: content, campaigns and outreach.
Both plans include a generous monthly usage allowance, so you don't count actions day to day. The allowance refreshes on the 1st of every month. In the rare month you go past it, your prepaid credits cover the extra (see "Credit packs"). If those run out too, Jordyn pauses and points you to the Usage & billing page.
Pay ahead and get months free
Either plan can be paid ahead for a prepaid term instead of month by month:
- Buy 6 months, get 2 free — 8 months of service for the price of 6: $2,994 for the Digital Employee, $8,994 for Digital Employee + Marketing.
- Buy 12 months, get 4 free — 16 months of service for the price of 12: $5,988 for the Digital Employee, $17,988 for Digital Employee + Marketing.
What that means in practice:
- You pay once for the whole term and are not charged again until it ends.
- The free months are the saving: 2 free months is $998 on the Digital Employee or $2,998 on Digital Employee + Marketing; 4 free months is $1,996 or $5,996.
- A term renews on the same deal — the 8-month term bills every 8 months, the 16-month term every 16 months — until you cancel.
- Everything in your plan is the same on a prepaid term, and your usage allowance still refreshes on the 1st of every month, for every month of the term.
- To switch from monthly to a prepaid term, open Billing & subscription (/account/billing) and click Pay ahead and get up to 4 months free, or go straight to the Pay ahead, get months free page (/upgrade). Pick a term; the page shows what's due today — the term's price, less a credit for the unused part of your current month — and the button names that amount. It's charged to the card on file, and if the payment doesn't go through, nothing changes.
- Your billing page shows a term as what it is — for example "$2,994 every 8 months" — and your receipt names it, for example "Digital Employee — 6 months + 2 free (8 months)".
The free trial
- 14 days free, with 100 trial actions included.
- You add a card at checkout, but $0 is charged today and you can cancel anytime in two clicks.
- An "action" is one thing you ask Jordyn to do — a message that triggers work counts as one action.
- If you use all 100 trial actions before the 14 days are up, you can buy a credit pack to keep going, or wait for the trial to convert.
- When the trial ends, it converts automatically to the Digital Employee at $499/month (your card is charged then, not before). Once you're on the plan, you can move to Digital Employee + Marketing or pay ahead for a prepaid term from the Billing & subscription page.
- Signed up but have not added a card yet? Jordyn is locked until you start the trial — click Start 14-day free trial on the Billing & subscription page.
Older plans: Jordyn Pro and Jordyn Unlimited
Jordyn Pro and Jordyn Unlimited are no longer offered to new customers. If you already have one, nothing changes — you keep your plan, at your price, for as long as you keep it.
- Jordyn Pro: $149/month, or $1,490/year. Includes 500 actions per month, resetting on the 1st of each month. If you subscribed mid-month after a trial, your first paid month's allowance counts from the day your trial converted — trial usage never eats into your paid allowance.
- Jordyn Unlimited: $449/month (founding-year customers pay $399/month for their first 12 months). No action meter on the everyday work; included daily batches of 5 interactive presentations (up to 2 illustrated) and 20 image generation runs; 600 voice minutes a month; phone line and minutes billed as used; priority support.
- Want more? You can switch to a Digital Employee plan on the Billing & subscription page. Switching is prorated — you only pay the difference for the time left in your current period.
Credit packs
Credits cover two things: usage beyond your plan's monthly allowance (1 credit per action), and premium work like presentations and image generation (see "Credits and premium features"). Packs are one-time purchases and credits never expire:
- 100 credits — $15
- 300 credits — $39
- 1,000 credits — $99
Buy them on the Billing & subscription page or the Usage & billing page. New trials start with 100 starter credits.
How spending works, in order
- Your plan's monthly included usage is used first.
- When that runs out, prepaid credits are used (1 credit per action).
- When both are gone, Jordyn pauses and points you to the Usage & billing page.
Low-balance alerts
When your credit balance drops to 10 or below, Jordyn emails you a heads-up (if the "Email me before credits or minutes run out" setting on the Account page is on).
Payment problems
- Payment issue — we're retrying: a charge bounced but the card is being retried. You keep full access during retries. Click Update card on the Billing & subscription page to fix it.
- Subscription on hold: every retry failed. Update your card on the Billing & subscription page and everything picks up immediately — nothing is lost. Purchased credits still work during a hold.
- Subscription ended: click Re-subscribe on the Billing & subscription page to keep using Jordyn. Your data is all still there.
Managing your subscription
Everything is on the Billing & subscription page (/account/billing):
- Your plan and what it costs — "$499/month", or for a prepaid term "$2,994 every 8 months" — and the date of your next charge.
- Update card (or Add a card) opens the secure billing portal.
- Receipts — every charge, each one opens as a receipt you can print or send to your accountant. Jordyn also emails you a receipt for every payment.
- Change plan — move between the plans. Switching is prorated.
- Cancel subscription — two clicks, no penalty, no phone call. You keep everything until the end of the period you've already paid for (on a prepaid term, that's the end of the term) and you aren't charged again. Your data is kept, and re-subscribing turns everything back on as you left it.
Referrals
On the Account page: share your personal signup link. When someone you refer subscribes after their trial, a $50 credit lands on your next invoice — up to 12 rewards a year.
