Agency owner guide
The agency plan lets you resell Jordyn to your clients under your own pricing: we bill you wholesale, you set the retail. Each client gets a completely normal, fully isolated Jordyn account; the billing rolls up to you. Everything runs from the Agency console (/agency).
Pricing — simple and flat
- $99 per client seat per month. No base fee, no included seats, no trial.
- Every seat includes $60 of AI usage per month for that client, plus the marketing tools (campaigns, social posting, ads). The allowance resets on the 1st.
- One-seat minimum: the subscription starts the moment your agency is activated, even before your first client. That first seat is collected at checkout — there is no free window.
- Adding an account charges your card the full seat price at that moment — a flat $99, never prorated — and the account is only created once the charge clears. From then on it is on every monthly bill. Same for reactivating a paused account. If the card is declined, nothing is created, nothing is billed, and the console tells you why.
- Pausing or removing an account stops its billing from your next bill. There is no partial refund for the rest of the current billing period: the seat already paid for this month stays paid, and the next bill simply has one seat fewer.
- If a client outgrows the $60 allowance, credit packs bill to the client's own card, never through you. The same goes for add-ons like a phone line.
Setting up
- Go to the Agency console (/agency) and click Start my agency — $99/client/month.
- Enter your agency name (it appears on client invites) and complete checkout.
- A 2-minute onboarding tour follows; replay it anytime via ? How this works — the 2-minute tour.
Adding clients
One at a time: in the "Add a client" section, enter the email, name (optional), and organization (optional), and click Create & invite. Your card is charged one seat ($99, flat), and the account is created after that charge clears. The client then gets a branded invite from your agency name; their industry brain installs on first login.
In bulk: click "Adding a group? Paste a list →", paste up to 100 lines ("jane@business.com, Jane Smith" — name optional), and click Invite them all. The whole batch is one charge — one seat per valid row — and nobody is created unless it clears. Bad rows are skipped, never charged for, and reported by name; they never block the rest. If a row passes the pre-check and then fails anyway, it is named in the result and is not on your next bill; its charge from that batch is not refunded automatically, so contact support and it will be refunded.
If the charge fails: you get the real reason — card declined, no card on file, or your bank wanting authentication — and the fix. No account is created and no money is taken. Update the card in the Billing section and try again.
Never-activated seats: a client who has not signed in shows "INVITED — hasn't signed in." Click Resend invite to send a fresh activation link — you should not pay for seats nobody uses.
Organizations — grouping clients
Assign clients to an organization when you add them (or after). Each org shows its own header with user count and total monthly cost, and has org-level controls: Pause org and Reactivate org act on everyone in the group at once. Use orgs for a client company with several staff members.
Pausing, reactivating, and detaching
- Pause stops a client's Jordyn (they see "Your agency admin has paused this account — contact them to reactivate it") and takes that seat off your next bill. There is no partial refund for the rest of the current period.
- Reactivate turns them back on, and charges your card the flat seat price for that seat first — the account stays paused if it doesn't clear. Reactivating a whole organization charges for every account coming back with it, in one payment.
- Detach (click, then Confirm detach) releases the client from your agency. Their data stays intact and they can subscribe on their own — nothing carries over to your bill.
What you can and cannot see
You see usage metadata only: each client's actions this month, credit balance, and activation status. You can never see a client's emails, files, or conversations — full tenancy isolation is the design, and it is what you can promise your clients.
Billing status
- Your dashboard shows client count, monthly bill, and status.
- Past-due grace: if your card bounces, your clients keep working while the card is retried. You see "Your card failed — your clients keep working for now, but update payment on the billing page to keep it that way." Fix it via the billing page before retries are exhausted — only then are client accounts paused.
- Comped agencies (arranged with us) show "Comped" and skip billing entirely.
