Getting started with Jordyn

Jordyn is an AI assistant that manages your email, calendar, clients, and outreach. Here is how to go from zero to a working assistant.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to the signup page and enter your full name, work email, and a password (8 or more characters).
  2. Click Continue and open the confirmation email we send you. Clicking the link brings you right back to finish.
  3. Tell Jordyn your company name (optional) and your industry. Jordyn builds an industry "brain" on the spot, so it speaks your business's language from the first message.

2. Start your free trial

  • The free trial is 14 days with 100 trial actions included.
  • A card goes on file at checkout, but nothing is charged today and you can cancel anytime.
  • When the trial ends, it converts to the Digital Employee at $499/month, with a generous monthly usage allowance built in, unless you cancel first.
  • Want the marketing job too, or to pay ahead? Jordyn is sold as two plans — Digital Employee ($499/month) and Digital Employee + Marketing ($1,499/month) — and either can be paid ahead: buy 6 months, get 2 free, or buy 12 months, get 4 free. See "Plans, trial, and billing".

3. Connect your email

Go to the Connections page (/connections) and connect Gmail, Outlook, or Fastmail. This is the single most important setup step — most of what Jordyn does runs through your inbox. See "Connecting your email" for step-by-step instructions per provider.

4. Meet your assistant

Open the chat and just talk. Good first asks:

  • "What came in today that needs me?"
  • "Find every email about [a client] and summarize where things stand."
  • "Remind me Friday to follow up with Maria."
  • "Make me a booking page for 30-minute calls, weekdays 9 to 4."

5. Round out your setup

The Account page (/account) shows a setup checklist:

  1. Email connected (Connections page)
  2. Email signature (Profile page)
  3. Industry brain (Brain setup)
  4. Phone assistant (Phone page — optional add-on)
  5. Payment method (Billing & subscription page)
