Designed marketing emails

A designed email is a polished, branded HTML email — for promotions, announcements, newsletters, and invitations — rendered to look right in Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail.

Creating one

  1. Ask in chat: "make a marketing email announcing our new office."
  2. Jordyn asks for the brief in one bundled question if anything is missing: what you're promoting, who it's for, the goal (clicks, replies, signups, bookings, awareness, or sales), and the tone. The brief always comes from you — Jordyn never invents what a campaign is about.
  3. Jordyn designs the email (1 credit) and shows it rendered in an editable send card with the recipient and subject.
  4. You review, edit the recipient or subject, and hit Send — or ask for changes and get a fresh design.

Reusing a design

When you love one, Jordyn offers once to save it as a template. A saved design lives on the Templates page (/templates):

  • Sending the same design to a new person is instant — new recipient and subject, same design.
  • Different wording means asking for a fresh design — designs are never hand-edited, so they always render correctly.

Your brand

Designed emails use your letterhead brand kit (logo, colors, business details — set in Your brand). If you keep multiple brands (for example, an agency's clients), name the brand and Jordyn designs with that identity.
