The Templates page

The Templates page (/templates) holds everything you have saved for reuse, in three groups:

  1. Presentation templates — approved presentation structures (with slide counts). Reusing one keeps the structure and changes only the person-specific words.
  2. Email design templates — designed marketing emails you chose to keep (with their subject lines). Reusing one sends the same design to a new person; new wording means asking Jordyn for a fresh design.
  3. Custom document templates — your own designs at any page size (with dimensions and fill-in fields listed).

Using a template

Click Use on any template — it opens chat with the ask pre-filled ("make an invitation for Saturday", "send the March promo to Bob"). Or just name it in chat: "use my usual presentation for Dana."

Saving templates

Templates are saved from chat, always with your approval:

  • After a presentation you love: "save this as a template." Any finished deck works — including a past one you point at by its jordyn.app/present share link. Before saving, Jordyn detects the person-specific words (names and the like) and shows them as checkboxes for your review; nothing is swapped silently.
  • After a designed email you love: Jordyn offers once to keep it.
  • Custom document templates: Jordyn designs the layout with you (previews are free), and saves only when you approve — the credit cost is stated before saving.

Deleting

Click Delete on a template and confirm with the second click. Deleting a template never affects things already sent or built from it.

Custom document templates in more detail

Jordyn can design reusable layouts at these sizes: US Letter, half letter, 4x6 and 5x7 cards, business card (with or without bleed), 5x5 square, and A4. You iterate on the design in chat ("bigger title, logo left"), and the saved template is frozen — later you just say "make an invitation for Saturday" and Jordyn fills in the details.
