The Sent page
The Sent page (/sent) tracks every email that leaves your accounts — whether Jordyn sent it or you did.
What you see
- Every sent email as a card: recipient, subject, snippet, and when it went.
- Emails sent by Jordyn carry a Jordyn badge and appear instantly.
- Emails you sent from your own mail app appear after the next mailbox sync (syncs run about every 30 minutes; the Sync button pulls the latest right now).
Filtering and search
- Source filter: All, Sent by Jordyn, or Sent by you.
- Account filter: appears when you have two or more connected accounts.
- Search covers subject, recipient, snippet, and client name.
- Arriving from a case page filters the list to that case's sent mail.
Reading a sent email
Click a card to read the full message — sender address, recipients, and time. From there:
- Open thread jumps to the conversation in your mail provider.
- View case opens the related case, when the email is linked to one.
