The morning briefing
Every morning Jordyn emails you a briefing of what actually needs you — and skips mornings with nothing to say. The same content lives on the Today page (/today).
What's in it
- Your top 3 — the three highest-priority items, ranked: overdue to-dos age fastest, then mail that needs action, then FYIs and follow-up nudges.
- Needs your attention — action items from the last 24 hours, each linked so one click opens the email.
- Case updates — grouped by case.
- Client messages — mail from people in your book.
- Follow-up nudges — people or deals that have gone quiet.
- To-dos — overdue and due today.
- New opt-ins from your hosted opt-in page.
- Today's calendar — "2 meetings today — first at 9:30: Chen review."
One-tap actions — no login needed
Right in the email:
- ✓ done — marks a to-do complete or clears an item.
- → tomorrow — snoozes a to-do to 9 AM tomorrow.
- Have Jordyn handle it — opens chat with the follow-up already drafted as an ask.
The links are cryptographically signed, so they are safe and work only for you (and email scanners cannot accidentally trigger them).
Automatic hygiene
- Items you mark done on the Today page never reappear the next morning.
- When the email thread behind a to-do has newer activity (someone already answered; the thing got handled), the briefing offers a one-tap "probably done" — you approve the closure, nothing closes itself.
Turning it off
The briefing email can be switched off in your settings; the Today page keeps working either way.
