Lead forms

Lead forms: collect name, email, phone and your own questions first, file each person as a contact and email you, then offer a time; making several, question types, and opening your main address straight to one.

Lead forms

A lead form collects a person's details first, then lets them pick a time with you. You can make as many as you like, one for each campaign, product or event.

Make one

  • In chat: "Make me a lead form" (or "a lead form for my insurance leads"). Jordyn makes it and gives you the link.
  • On the page: Calendar → Booking links → + New → Lead form.

You need a booking link first, because the lead form lives at your booking address and offers a time after the questions.

What it asks

A new lead form starts with:

  • First name, last name, email and phone (all required)
  • "What can we help you with?" (optional)

Change, add or remove questions in the link editor, up to 10. Question types: short answer, pick one (more than six options show as a dropdown), yes or no, phone number and email address.

What happens when someone fills it in

  1. When they press Continue, they become a contact in your book, with every answer in the contact's notes, and you get a "New lead" email.
  2. Then they go to the place you chose under "where they go next": your main booking link (the default), another booking link, a thank-you message, or a web page.
  3. If they book, they aren't asked their name, email or phone again, and the booking carries all their answers.

Someone already in your contacts (same email) isn't added twice. Up to 10 leads an hour are saved from one visitor, so a bot can't flood your contacts.

Make it the first thing people see

If a lead form is the only link shown on your booking page, your main address (jordyn.app/book/your-name) opens straight to it. To do that, switch off "Show on my booking page" for your other links. They keep working, and the lead form still sends people to them.

Share it

Use the link anywhere: your email signature, social posts, a QR code on a flyer or business card.
