Letterhead and branding

The letterhead brand kit, presentation branding, multiple brands, and the Assets library.

Letterhead and branding

One brand powers everything Jordyn makes for you: documents, designed emails, flyers, presentations and ads. Your business name, phone, website, address and logo are kept in one place, Your brand (Settings → Your brand, /brand). The phone line, booking pages, email signatures and the Profile page all show the same details, and changing them in one place changes them everywhere.

Letters & invoices (/letterhead)

The second tab of Your brand, for how documents look and how you get paid.

  • Accent color — six presets or a custom color. Flyers and booking pages follow it too.
  • Logo — PNG, JPEG, or WebP (your initials are used if you skip it). A white version for colored backgrounds is made for you.
  • Your photo — a headshot, used on presentation opening and closing slides.
  • Business name, tagline, address, phone, email.
  • Payment instructions and default terms — printed on invoices.

A live preview renders through the real document engine — switch between Letter, Quote, and Invoice to see exactly what clients will receive.

Your license number (if your work has one) stays on the Profile page.

Presentation branding

The Presentations page (/presentations) has its own swatches: highlight, background, text, and quiet text colors, the heading font, and the closing-slide button label.

Multiple brands

If you run more than one business — or you are an agency producing work for clients — Jordyn can hold multiple brand identities. Say "set up a brand from theirsite.com" and Jordyn imports the logo, colors, tagline, and voice from the website. Then name the brand when creating: "make the invoice using the Mex Taco brand."

The Assets library (/assets)

Every image and file you upload lives permanently in Assets, searchable by content. Anything there can be embedded in documents, used as an image-generation reference, or attached to emails.
