Event pages

Host a public event page with registration at jordyn.app/e/your-event — a workshop, webinar, open house, anything with a date.

Creating an event

Ask Jordyn in chat: "Set up an event page for my Sept 15 workshop at 2 PM." You can set:

  • Title and a one-paragraph description
  • Start and end time (shown in your time zone)
  • Location (leave empty for online events)
  • Meeting link — sent to registrants in their confirmation email, never shown on the public page (so only registered people get it)
  • Capacity — optional cap on registrations

New pages are created closed so you can review them; say "open registration" when ready. Close it anytime, and past events stop accepting registrations automatically.

What visitors see

  1. The event title, date and time, location, and description.
  2. If registration is open: a form — Your name, Your email, phone (optional), and "Anything we should know?" (optional).
  3. They click Register and see "You're registered" plus an Add to my calendar button.
  4. When 10 or fewer spots remain, the page shows "[X] places left."
  5. If it's full, closed, or past, the page says so plainly.

What you get

  • An email per registration: name, contact details, and their note. They are added to your contacts.
  • Ask Jordyn "who's registered for my workshop?" for the full list, newest first.
  • Registering twice with the same email never duplicates or double-emails.
